No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Balls. Luv Stefani.

One of the best combinations on earth has to be peanut butter & chocolate.

These little treats are perfect for a pre-workout snack, on the go at work, or late at night when you start craving something sweet. Since They are grain free, refined sugar free, high in protein, and healthy fats they are satisfying, and really curb your cravings.

Recipe *Prep Time 10 Min

3/4Cup Medjool Dates or soaked pitted dates(drain water)

1 Cup Almonds or Cashews

1 Cup Almond Meal or Coconut Flour

1 Scoop Protein (I used cookie dough, or vanilla)

1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter or Peanut Butter Powder

1/4 Cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips

*Option to add 1 tsp chia seeds

*Note if you use powdered peanut butter add in 2-3 tbs of almond milk, or it may be too dry.

1.Add your dry ingredients into a food processor, or high powered blender. Blend into a fine flour.

2.Add in the dates & peanut butter, and pulse together until you have a thick sticky dough.

3.Transfer into a bowl, and fold in the chocolate chips.

4.Roll into balls.

5. Refridgerate, or freeze to firm up.

You can store these for months in your fridge, or freezer.. although I'm sure they won't last more than a week.
