High Protein Vanilla Latte Recipe.
It's time to ditch your high sugar, high calorie, Starbucks drink!! Keep your wallet, and your waistline happy by switching to my super easy high protein vanilla latte recipe.
You can make this in less than 1 minutes, start to finish, and no cooking, or baking skills are required.
You can easily make this latte a hot, or cold version.
-1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
-1Cup Hot Water or Cold Water
-1/4 Cup Dairy Free Unsweetened Milk
-1 Tiny Baby Pinch Sea Salt
-1/8 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
-2-3 Shots Espresso *Depending how strong you like it
or Skip the Water & Sub 1 Cup Coffee
-Toss all your ingredients into a high powered blender
- Blend until nice and frothy
- Pour into your favourite mug or glass
-If the blending has caused it to cool down too much, pop it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to reheat it.
-If you make an iced version add a couple ice cubes
