Your dreams have finally come true, you can sit down with a big bowl of cream cheese frosting and eat the whole damn bowl if you want.
I am normally someone who stays far away from cream cheese frosting, because I know how deadly the calories, fat, and sugar are.
I happened to have some dairy free cream cheese spread in the house, and I was making some flourless chocolate cupcake that needed a little something extra... Forget the chocolate cupcakes, this cream cheese frosting is the real star of the show now.
It's actually so easy, only takes about one min to prepare, and the macros on it are so clean you can literally eat the whole bowl.
1.5 tbs dairy free cream cheese spread (I used plain Daiya)
1.5 tbs unsweetened almond milk
tiny pinch sea salt
1/2 scoop vanilla based protein powder (I used Proline Cinnamon Bun)
*Add all ingredients together into a small bowl, whisk together with a fork until all the lumps are gone, and you have a frosting consistency.
